Menu plan Monday - 18 June 2007

Last week I stuck to my menu plan the entire week! Woohoo.

This week I have a very busy start to the week so I have to be very organised with my planning.

Cooked the chicken curry and made another batch of these muffins. I swear they keep getting better and better (this is the 3rd time I'm making it).

Monday
Have a 5:30 appointment with the biokineticist and my hip-hop class at 6:30 so busy busy busy
Rice with mince & vegetable stew

Tuesday
Hosting a table at the Women in Finance monthly round table event. If you're going to be there, please come over and say "hi" - I'd love to meet you.
Marcia - supper included at event
Dion - ricotta and spinach pasta; garlic roll

Wednesday
Just a hip-hop class but Dion has an event after work, so I'll be having...
Lentil & vegetable soup; garlic roll

Thursday
Roti (indian flatbread - I buy at the store) & chicken curry (recipe works better with only 200g lentils or omit totally) (made tonight)

Friday
Healthy chicken & mushroom pasta

Have a great week, everybody. And here's to weight loss all over the blogosphere.

May I ask you how you make your chicken curry? My husband loves curry. Thank you kindly.
