I only stayed with last week's menu plan from Mon - Wed. Hopefully this week is a bit better ;)
What I've done is planned quick meals because I have gym two days, going to see The Lion King on Tuesday and I have a Discover Yourself coaching session on Thursday.
Oh, a lot of you commented on the potatoes in the stirfry - here, I took a picture for you.
Anyway, back to this week.

Wednesday
Low-fat creamy pasta (with plain yoghurt instead of cream) with chicken and mushroom
Thursday
Baked potatoes with spicy kidney bean sauce
Friday
Sandra's pizza (I made some yesterday and prepared a second pizza to save me time on Friday)
Dessert

If you ever have time, could you post how you make that low-fat creamy pasta? I'm doing Weight Watchers and that sounds great. :)
