Menu plan Monday - 26 March 2007


Monday
Wholewheat pita with stirfried beef & veggies


Tuesday
Chicken ravioli with tomato & spinach sauce

Wednesday
Home-made pizza - I’m using the wholewheat pita bread as bases, spread with All Joy pasta tomato sauce and garlic and top with chicken, spinach and mushrooms. And then cheese on top.

Thursday
Chillii tomato sausage casserole, rice and carrots (I'll write down exactly what I do and post the recipe on the weekend)

Friday
Lasagne and salad (from freezer)

What a great idea to use pita bread as the base! I'm going to have to try that.
