Hello...
Is anyone still reading?
I feel like I'm talking to myself....
Right, so if you're still reading, leave a comment and tell me who you are and where you live (Susan from Sydney, or Jane from Durban, etc.).
I'd also love it if you'll ask me anything - about organising, my life, etc. as I'm fresh out of ideas for blog posts.
P.S. The babies are 16 weeks old today!

Colleen from Florida
I love the idea of menu planning but have no organization for recipes. How do you organize your recipes? I have them electronically, paper, and websites. Thank you!
Kristy from South Australia
oops, that wasn't meant to publish anonymously! i'm kristy from Sth Aust. :)
I still read :)
Amanda from Canada
I could use tips for motivation to get up and get things done.
We are pretty organized around here except for the paper clutter and stuff we must keep handy for a short period of time and not store away in the filing cabinet. I would love to hear your ideas!
Marci in Illinois
Shannon from Ohio, USA.
I could use strategies for how to get an overwhelmingly disorganized house under control with two small kids. I often comment that when I got into one room and get some things organized, I come out to find they've trashed a different room. I have fantasies of ordering a dumpster, parking it in the driveway, and just tossing everything but the furniture out the window to be carted away by my friendly garbage man. :)
Jessica from California
Tami in Oklahoma
My whole life is unorganized. I start decluttering/organizing one area, get distracted, and go to another area. Only creates messes!!
Diane from Canada
I want to know what is a good way to clear out and keep the emails organized
hello from lakewood nj and congrats on the twins
love your blog
Hi there! I'm Jessica from Missouri. I just moved into a smaller townhouse and am starting from scratch. Everything is in boxes and I need some help on how to make everything fit in a smaller place than before! My first step is purging.. but then what?
Organizing and storing holiday items.
Any suggestions on helping a young student with autism to keep a clear desk?
You are doing so very much better than I did when my twins were that age. My main goal in life was catching 40 winks whenever I could!

Shelia from Dallas, Texas (metropolitan area). Still reading! My baby is turning 4 in 19 days.
This is Helen from Clackamas, Oregon (near Portland). I look every day on Facebook for updates from you, Marcia.
Your recommendation of using vinyl see-through envelope files with snap closures has worked fantastically for me. I work full time, and own a Jazzercise franchise as well, teaching classes after work each night. So I carry lots of papers with me "just in case." Having them visible yet organized is fantastic!
Keep the recommendations coming! And thank you!
Valerie from Ohio, USA
zzipper from Redmond, WA
I get your updates via RSS feed :)
Nicole from France :
I am a bit of a procrastinator about mail, help would be much appreciated.
DeeAnn from Springfield MO. Still read all the time. Congratulations on twins. I just became a young empty nester. Doing new organizing things for a family of two. It has been an upheaval but a lot of fun.
Roxanne from Beverly, Massachusetts, USA here. No questions, but I just had three weeks off work (switching jobs) and did a massive amount of decluttering around my home!
Polly from Greensboro, NC, USA. Read your updates. I just need to purge my old home files, but they're in a different room from my home/business phone. Yeah, I still have a land line for my business since I need a fax to go with it.
So, it's a matter of taking the time to do it. I have a great "in" system, just not an "out" one.
Dawn from Illinois, USA, I get updates via RSS on my phone.
Srushti from Mumbai, India
Are you kidding Marcia ? I check for your updates every day, and on those days when there aren't any, I read up old stuff on your blog !
I'm a regular reader and love it! Just don't take the time to comment... sorry.
~Gigi from Lafayette
Helen from Alabama. I check in daily, and sent you a friend invitation on Facebook.
I love your blog!
Trish from Alabama. I am actually Helen H David's daughter (she's listed right above me). I turned her on to your blog. (We're both a little OCD and both need motivation to finish what we start in terms of decluttering/organization.)
I've got you on my Google reader, so I read each time you post.
I have a 19 week old son, work a full time job (with rotating shifts - days one week, nights the next, then back to days), and still try to find time to cook, clean, grocery shop, run errands, take care of my son, and spend time with my husband. No easy task.
How are the babies? Any major milestones hit yet? Mine is rolling over, eating rice cereal, and trying to sit up. He cat sit up when supported, so it won't be much longer.
I'm Debbie from California and love your posts!
I'm absolutely here reading! You can't get rid of us that easily ;)
Laura from Michigan
I'm Karen from Washington state, USA. Do you know any tricks for those of us in older homes with only one bathroom? I have a teenage son and a disabled husband who spends 2 hrs in there each morning. I can't get up any earlier (5:30am to let the caregiver in). I'm organizing my kitchen by getting rid of all the stuff I don't use anymore. I don't throw big dinner parties anymore.
Lisa from Alabaster, Alabama (USA)
I'm still here too! I really need some motivation - in your opinion, which is the easiest room to start organizing?
omg i have the same fantasies as Shannon, espically wish i could do that with toys.
Local is lekker all the way from Cape Town, I am typing with one hand holding a four week old with the other - I have no idea how you have time to post with two teeny tiny ones!!!
Melanie from New Orleans.
I'm personally very interested in balancing hings - work, graduate school, home, family, friends, etc, etc, etc. If you have any advice about that, I would appreciate it!
I'm Michelle from British Columbia, Canada. I'm interested in learning how to keep the laundry monster at bay. How to get motivated and stay motivated! Also, how to clean more efficiently and quickly. Thanks
Hi there! Amanda from Michigan, USA.
I love all your posts but I especially enjoy the ones about your planners/notebooks and how you organize them. I've also been liking your posts about organizing with your twins, I only have one baby and his stuff is everywhere!
Hi!
I'm Carole and I'm from France
I love packing, stacking, listing everything
my bf nicknamed me "planning-girl"
I love your blog! inspiring!
Here from NC
Hey there!! I'm ChloƩ from France. My main organisational issue is to get started / not procrastinate. I always have better things to do. Oh, and I hate to have to make choices and take decisions because that means not choosing something and I'm afraid it'll be the wrong choice. So any advice about those two topics are warmly welcome!!
I'm Mari from Nashville.
I would love some advice on how to organize my photos. I have some stored on my computer (okay-a lot on my computer) and some (again, a lot) in envelopes, books, boxes, and a huge tub full of photo frames just waiting to be filled and put up on the wall. I'm too overwhelmed to do anything!
I would like to print off some and hang them up. I'm not really one for "scrapbooking," but I would love to have them organized in some albums or displayed in some way.
I tried organizing the ones on the computer and got overwhelmed and stopped.
Any suggestions?
