Organising doesn't have to take a whole lot of time. In fact, we should all look out for little pockets of time throughout the day just to make your space function more effectively.
Usually I find that if many people use a space, it will need tweaking/ organising more often. There are four of us in here on an almost daily basis - the nanny, cleaning lady, D & me - it was getting on my nerves....
so this literally took me 5 minutes to organise - and that includes taking the pictures.

Lovely - order restored!

I love the quick fixes - they make me feel so accomplished! :)
Throughout the week, I try to use those extra 5 or 10 minutes to open a drawer or cabinet and just re-organize one small space at a time. It makes that space better, makes me feel good and throws out the excuse that I don't have time to de-clutter and organize!
Really not trying to be negative ... I'm all about decluttering and such but I can't tell the difference between the two.
Hi Anonymous
Very true - there is not much difference. The point is that things had got (slightly) out of order and now that order is restored. Generally in an organised home there are not huge before and after changes.
